Surprising no one, the Disney Channel’s Duck Tales reboot is a huge success and they surprised everyone at Comic-Con with some great new additions that are coming in the new season. If you’re like me and a fan of pretty much all the 90’s Disney cartoons, the announcements made will have you feeling like a kid again. Check out the poster first and try to spot the surprises.

If that wasn’t enough to excite you, they showed off some art for these new characters as well. They chose to highlight what they thought were the most exciting new additions for long time fans. Check those out in the gallery below.

Still not excited enough by the appearance of the Rescue Rangers and Tale Spin? Well, Disney wasn’t done yet as they also showed of a sizzle reel for the rest of the 3rd season of the Duck tales reboot. Check out that trailer below and leave us a comment with your thoughts on all these new announcements. Also, stay tuned to ETG for all the latest Comic-Con updates.

SDCC 2019: The Witcher

The Witcher is a beloved series of books and video games that many fans hold in very high esteem. Now Netflix and star Henry Cavill are attempting to bring the book series to life. We have been shown our first trailer and I feel cautiously optimistic that they are on the right track. The only beef I have is that I find Cavill to be a bit too pretty to play the scarred and battle hardened Geralt of Rivia. Other than that small gripe the trailer looks fantastic. Check it out below and leave us a comment with your thoughts. Also, stay tuned to ETG for all the latest Comic-Con updates.

SDCC 2019: Jay and Silent Bob Reboot

Jay and Silent Bob are back in the saddle again for one last ride together, and as is always the case Kevin Smith holds a mirror up to society. You need look no further than the synopsis for the movie to tell this is gonna poke fun at Hollywood’s insistence on rebooting everything.

The stoner icons who first hit the screen 25 years ago in CLERKS are back! When Jay and Silent Bob discover that Hollywood is rebooting an old movie based on them, the clueless duo embark on another cross-country mission to stop it all over again!

It looks to be another off the wall stoner comedy from the brilliant mind of Kevin Smith, and I for one can’t wait. Check out the trailer below and leave us a comment with your thoughts. Also, stay tuned to ETG for all the latest Comic-Con updates.

SDCC 2019: Top Gun Maverick

Talk about a reveal no one was expecting or even asking for. Paramount has shown its upcoming sequel to Top Gun, subtitled Maverick. The original movie came out way back in 1986, proving Hollywood will never let movies remain classic. Everything must be remade or rebooted in this day and age. That all being said, the movie looks pretty cool, and will no doubt give Tom Cruise more injuries as he refuses to admit he is getting too old for this shit. SDCC 2019: It Chapter Two

San Diego Comic-Con’s Warner Bros. panel has given us our first theatrical trailer for the upcoming finale to the It reboot and it looks fantastic. The movie itself looks creepy as hell but it’s the spot on casting of the adult loser’s club that is a real treat. Check out the comparisons below.

Creepy right? The new movie looks like it will bring back everything we loved about the first part in a more adult setting. That means creepier visuals and it seems like a fair amount more gore that part 1. Check out the trailer below and leave us a comment with your thoughts. SDCC 2019: His Dark Materials

HBO has showed us our first look at their upcoming adaptation of His Dark Materials, based on the book series of the same name by Philip Pullman. This book series was very near and dear to my heart and the previous effort at bringing this series to life, The Golden Compass, left much to be desired. This new series looks like it will more accurately represent the books, and with stars like Dafne Keen and James McAvoy it’s sure to be a success. Check out the trailer below for yourself and leave us a comment with your thoughts. Stay tuned to ETG for all the latest Comic-Con updates.

Ever wanted to live out you fantasies of being a dragon rider? Well, now you can with the glorious return of Panzer Dragoon. This remake takes us back to the glory days of gaming. Breath of the Wild Sequel

Legend of Zelda Breath of the Wild will continue with a sequel that is currently in development. This will mark the first time a main entry in the franchise will get a direct sequel. This game looks to pick up right where BOTW left off. It will introduce a new villain whose armor looks a bit Gerudo in design to me. The new game looks a fair bit creepier than most entries in the franchise. Check out the trailer below and leave us a comment with your thoughts. Also, stay tuned to ETG for all the latest updates.

Contra Rogue Corps

Contra returns and it looks just as brutal and fast paced as it always was. Rogue Corps will introduce new characters that look ridiculously fun and crazy. The action is viewed from a top down perspective, which seems appropriate for the gameplay. The game will also have local and online co-op so you can kill aliens with your friends. We’ve already seen trailers and heard this title will be exclusive to Switch. However, the new trailer for Marvel Ultimate Alliance 3 The Black Order shows off new gameplay footage as well as a release date of July 19th, 2019. The game looks fantastic and the cell shading really helps sell the comic nature of it all. With local and co-op gameplay, it looks like we’ll have plenty of multiplayer fun to look forward to this July. Check out the trailer below and leave us a comment with your thoughts. A great surprise happened today as Nintendo revealed two new Mana games, one of which is out today. Collection of Mana, out today, collects the original Seiken Densetsu game Final Fantasy Adventure, the SNES Secret of Mana, Seiken Densetsu 2 and for the first time ever Seiken Densetsu 3, which is being called Trials of Mana for its Switch release. This would be a great announcement all on its own but Nintendo is also releasing a remastered version of Trials of Mana in early 2020. This remaster will use the same engine that was used for the Secret of Mana remake. Check out both trailers below and leave us a comment with your thoughts. Bethesda is looking to keep the success train rolling after their last Doom outing. This game looks just as visceral and brutal as the last game with the added bonus of a story. Elden Ring Announcement

A new From game would be a huge announcement all on its own. However, this game is being co-written by non other than George RR Martin. One more thing that will take his time away from finishing A Song of Ice and Fire. The trailer doesn’t give much away about the gameplay but it’s intriguing none the less. This game looks to provide a huge swords and sorcery type adventure on the level of martin’s books. Check out the trailer below and leave us a comment with your thoughts.
