Revealed at Pax East last week in Boston, Larian Studios new Baldur’s Gate will take you back to Faerun (Forgotten Realms) for a new adventure. The company has revealed the opening cinematic that shows off the antagonists will be one of the greatest D&D enemies in the history of the game, the Mind Flayers. You will play as a character with a mind parasite from the Mind Flayers that is eating away at you but also gives you some amazing powers. You will explore the land of Faerun and assemble a party of adventurers to help save the world. Along the way it looks like you will meet up some diverse people like elves, dwarves and tieflings just to name a few.
